A starter program for aspiring leaders. Ideal for people in their first leadership role. You will learn the basic mindset of how to be a leader. You will learn the 5 levels of leadership.

I will help the team to become self-reliant and self-leading. I will help them to create their own values which can be used as guidelines to make better and faster decisions.
